Can I make a payment with cash?

No, we are a cashless hotel. Service Excellence has always been our priority and we continuously look for ways to innovate and work towards efficiency, lower risk and delivering delightful guest experiences.

As part of our commitment to providing a safe and convenient experience, we no longer accept cash payments on the premises. You can easily settle your bills using credit or debit cards, mobile payment apps, or other electronic payment methods. Our front desk staff is available to assist you with any payment related queries you may have

Does the hotel have an airport transfer or shuttle service?

The hotel does not have its own pick up service, however guest can find numerous transport alternatives including taxi, Uber, Halo. The Central Station is a 3 minute walk from the hotel, this is an easy option from the airport.

Can I book tour or local activities at the hotel?

The local information pack and brochures are available at reception desk for all our guests. To enhance your travel experience, you can also arrange sightseeing tours, day trips and activities online before you arrive at our hotel via our partner’s website.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in at Central Studio Hotel Sydney?

You must be 18 years old and a valid photo ID must be produced during check-in.

I need to make a change to my reservations, but my booking was done with another website / travel agent. How do I do it?

You’ll need to contact the website / travel agent that you’ve booked through to make the amendments required. Do note that charges may be applicable.

Do you offer a rollaway bed or baby cribs? Is there a charge?

Baby cribs are subject to availability upon request and are free of charge. So, please remember to check with our reservations team! Rollaway Beds are available at a charge, please check with our reservations team.

What time is check in / check out? We’re arriving after 12am. Will we still be able to check in?

Our standard check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.

If you are arriving early and would like to check-in before 2pm, we would recommend that you book one additional night to ensure that the room is ready for you. For late check-outs, please make prior arrangements with us, extension is subject to availability and charges are applicable.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Limited onsite parking available for $35 per day (bookings essential.
Accessible from 2pm on day of reservation and departure by 11am on day of departure. For vehicles under 2m (no trailer or long vehicle access available).

Off site parking options is Wilsons Car Park 187 Thomas Street, Haymarket.

While in the Car Park, you agree to:
a. Comply with all signs and all reasonable directions and requests made by us.
b. Park your vehicle within the marked boundaries of the one bay allocated to you.
c. Do not obstruct any roadways or any other vehicles.
d. Do not park anywhere that is designated as a no parking or reserved area.
e. You agree that you are responsible for securing your vehicle including any belongings left in
your vehicle and ensuring your own safety in the car park.
f. Central Studio Hotel Sydney shall not be liable for any injury or death to yourself or
anyone else resulting from the use of this car park.
g. Central Studio Hotel Sydney shall not be liable for any damage to, destruction of, theft of your
vehicle (including anything in or on your vehicle) or any other vehicle regardless of how, when or by whom this is caused.

Is breakfast available at the hotel?

Breakfast is not currently available but there are a plethora of local options available. We also have a coffee machine for guests to start their day out right.
